We’re so glad you’re here. These Terms & Conditions explain how we work and what you agree to when shopping with us.

All items are described as clearly and honestly as possible.
Some products may be sourced from returns pallets. If so, we’ll state the condition (e.g. new, like new, unused).
Packaging may differ from retail versions. We’ll always note this when relevant.
All items are from customer returns or overstock pallets.
Every item is inspected to ensure it is in excellent, fully functional condition.
Product descriptions and photos are accurate to the best of our ability

All payments are securely processed at checkout.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
Once dispatched, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made at checkout through secure platforms (e.g. PayPal, credit/debit card).
Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

Orders are processed within [2–3 working days].
We currently ship to UK addresses only (unless otherwise stated).
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
